Substance Abuse

Empowering Mental Wellness: Your Path to Lasting Well-Being Begins Here

TIME Organization’s Substance Abuse Services are designed to support clients that are on a pathway to recovery from alcohol and other drug use challenges, which have negatively impacted their social, mental or emotional functioning. We provide outpatient counseling for individuals and groups, Intensive Outpatient Programs comprised of 12 hours of weekly support and services focused on recovery, DUI/DWI education classes (both court ordered and voluntary), as well as, assessment and coordination to additional levels of services. Outpatient Counseling services and Intensive Outpatient are covered by Medical Assistance (may have dual insurance Medicare/Medicaid) while DUI/DWI classes are fee for service. Through partnership with “Warrior for God” program we provide an onsite Suboxone Maintenance and Education program.

DUI/DWI Services

T.I.M.E. Organization offers state-approved DUI/DWI educational programs in Baltimore City and Anne Arundel County. Individuals participate in a six-week course, after which they can enroll in additional aftercare services with T.I.M.E. Organization. In order to avoid delays in treatment, the enrollment for the educational programs is rolling. Individuals can sign up and begin at any time.

Our outpatient program offers drug and alcohol treatment sessions individually as well as support groups that can be attended during various times throughout the week. Our outpatient program comes in a variety of formats, differing levels of intensity, and with an array of services with a general focus is on counseling, education, and providing a network of support.

Intensive Outpatient Programing (IOP)

Our Intensive outpatient programs establish a treatment plan with defined, measurable milestones in place to indicate progress. Our IOP program is a good option for those serious about abstaining from drugs and alcohol but who still need to be able to work and perform daily responsibilities.

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is for individuals experiencing the most severe symptoms of addiction. Most of our clients are generally transitioning from inpatient treatment or have significant barriers to residential treatment yet need an intensive level of care.
