We offer a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students’ lives as a School-Based Mental Health Therapist, where you’ll provide individual, family, and group therapy within a supportive school environment backed by weekly clinical supervision, continuing education units (CEUs), and ongoing professional development. In this role, you will conduct mental health assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate closely with school personnel, families, and community agencies to address the full spectrum of students’ mental health needs — including facilitating parent workshops designed to equip families with tools and strategies to support their child’s well-being at home and beyond. We’re looking for a Maryland-licensed clinician (MSW or related field) with at least one year of therapeutic experience who is passionate about school-based care, family engagement, and community connection.
