We offer a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students’ lives by providing culturally responsive individual, family, and group therapy within a supportive school environment — all backed by weekly clinical supervision, continuing education units (CEUs), and ongoing professional development. In this role, you will conduct mental health assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate closely with school personnel, bilingual families, and community agencies to address the full spectrum of students’ mental health needs. Our team takes pride in breaking down language and cultural barriers, facilitating bilingual parent workshops that empower Spanish-speaking families with the tools and strategies needed to support their child’s well-being at home and beyond, while our Family Service Coordinators serve as phenomenal advocates ensuring every family feels seen, heard, and supported throughout the treatment process. We’re looking for a Maryland-licensed, bilingual clinician (MSW or related field) with at least one year of therapeutic experience who is deeply committed to school-based care, family engagement, and serving the Spanish-speaking community with cultural humility and clinical excellence.
