We are seeking a licensed School-Based Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team serving Baltimore City Public Schools, where you will have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adolescents within their school community. This role offers a dynamic and supportive work environment where you will receive weekly clinical supervision, ongoing professional development and training, and the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of school staff, community providers, and mental health professionals. You will have the ability to deliver care in a variety of meaningful ways — including individual, family, and group therapy, school-wide crisis response, and community-based services — giving you the flexibility and breadth to grow as a clinician. A Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, valid Maryland licensure, and a minimum of one year of therapeutic experience are required. If you are passionate about expanding access to mental health care for youth and want to work in an environment that values your clinical expertise and professional growth, we encourage you to apply.
